Is this part of an anti-obesity campaign? Anyway, it's commenced. I'm starving.

It does sound funny when it's announced but actually it's a safety exercise introduced in the wake of Hillsborough IIRC. "Operation Anfield" is the codename - "Exercise" just lets people know it's a drill.

It usually gets a round of applause when it's completed (at least it used to).
