Don't rate him particularly high, even if he has a good shot, two footed, pretty skillful and is a good deadball taker.

Gamst Pedersen is a top quality player. Hasnt had the greatest season this year, mainly due to injury but last year he ws immense for Blackburn. Scum will try to sign him and we should try and get in there too. Would be a fabulous addition to our left wing.Originally posted by tomasjj View Post

I've seen £8 million quote for him in various papers. Apparently has a clause in his contract. Good player n'all but as someone has already said he's 'a match of the day' type player. On the flip side he does get quite a few goals from midfield and he does seem to be at least on a par with our existing wide playersComment

Pedersen is a slightly more adventurous Riise in my opinion. Admittedly he is a better short passer than that suggests but he does not have the guile or pace to open up top quality defences. Although I guess another goal threat from midfield would be nice.
