I'll give you Zenden but Gonzalez I think will improve next year. He has showed glimpses of what he can do on occassions. Even he admited it takes a while to get used to the prem. Rafa must beef him up a bit like Shanks did to Ian St John when he signed him. Steaks for dinner every night.Originally posted by Morphorino View Posthe really is, he's better than gonzalez and zenden rolled into one (which truth be told isn't much), kewells a different story, i'll reserve judgement on that one

He most certainly is, and £10M worth is about right, which puts any and all of our wingers in the shade.Originally posted by REDSCOUSER View Posthes still no better than what we have now
mancs are sniffing as a poss replacement for Giggs, we need to get in there with the option of Bellers thrown in pretty sharpish, even if only it's the one chance to offload Bellamy for £8M!!

The quicker bellemy is shown the door the better as far as i'm concerned. He's a mid table striker at best who needs to be sat down and have the offside rule explained to him. His off the field antics disgust me, his moaning on the pitch and lack of commitment when things don't seem to be going his way is comparable to cisse. If we actually sell him for a profit i'll take that as an early xmas present.

Bellamy's one of many. Pederson would be another IMO. No thanks.
I agree, Pedersen is no Better than Pennant"For whom He did foreknow, He also did predestinate to be conformed to the image of His Son"

Pedersen is alot better than Pennant mateOriginally posted by SouthAfricaRed View PostI agree, Pedersen is no Better than Pennant
his set piece delivery, his shooting, his crossing is all in the upper bracket of the league.....he is massively underated IMO
He would be a great buy for our LW.
However if we did buy him, our RW would need to be a fast direct winger...who continually takes players on like Cronaldo. Otherwise we would have to wingers who offer no width

I wouldnt say Pederson's no better than Pennant. But he's not good enough, either way. And he's not an out and out winger, either.Originally posted by Harveybirdman View PostPedersen is alot better than Pennant mate

IMO Pedersen is just like Barton, Nolan and Downing. A Big fish in a Small pond. He will add nothing to Liverpool that we dont already have. We need width and Pedersen wont give us that. He's an above average squad player, we need more than thatOriginally posted by Harveybirdman View PostPedersen is alot better than Pennant mate

we also need someone that can cross the ball, and can offer a geniune threat from set pieces.....Pedersen offers that.Originally posted by SouthAfricaRed View PostIMO Pedersen is just like Barton, Nolan and Downing.
