Yep tis true. Everyone was waxing lyrical about him at the weekend...and now he's ****e. Kuyt is a player straight out of the Rafa style of play. Like it or not he is a good player. He's in his first season and he gives plenty to the team.

They were all poor and out-played but they sure wont be like that next week.

Chelski will be the most disappointed after the match he should of beaten us 3/4:0 going on the chances, so ill take that considering out performance

i get his point about Carra as people did slate him 2000-2001 ish, whilst Dirk may not be Drogba or Henry he needs more time to adapt to the pace, his first touch lets him down sometimes but he is a Rafa player, he played Mista at Valencia when he was widely thought to be "not of Valencia standard" because of the same reasons

Neither Drogba nor Henry were up to much in their first seasons in the prem.We'll see how good(or not) Kuyt is next season.

I agree with that. I never said he was ****e - just not good enough to be our number 1. I think that's a fair point.

Giving Kuyt a hard time for tonights game ... saying he is not good enough .. I mean come on... Ok so he has not banged in 20 or 30 goals this season .. in his first seasons .. but he has been clever, worked his bollox off ( not in a heskey kind of way ) and has been very very encoraging... another possible Stevie G / Carra / Sami , Stefan type quality player ....

I am typing this on a fecking huge projector right now so I'll keep it short ... but for ****s sake ... Having a go at Dirk Kuyt.... in a CL game against Chelsea in Stamford Bridge .... We are not on the same page ... And in recent years other then Carra only one player has tugged my heart strings truly and thats Kuyt ..

Drogba was ****ING ****E in his first season with Chelsea... Dirk is nowhere near that summation in his first campaign ... he has been quality ! and as usual the turn coat fans have been ****e


Makes me sick and I swear I will go through anybody for a short cut who tries to make Kuyt a scapegoat for not the perfect result .... A good one though

very true and a good counter arguement but i will be very very surprised if that turns out to be the case.
