I still have a great deal of faith in Kuyt, and genuinely think we will see him evolve into a seriously dangerous and quality forward over the next 18 months. He will never be a fancy-dan, but he'll never forget what pulling on the shirt is all about, and as long as Rafa keeps faith, I'm convinced he will learn how to translate his workrate into a serious volume of goals for us.

I will be bumping this thread with glee when he scores the goal that puts us through to the final at Anfield next week

Problem today was that he was doing his midfielder role again, coming way too deep and leaving us short up front. It improved a little when Crouchy came on but not enough.
