    Barcelona keep debating inside the club what is the best thing to do in the future.

    It will all depend how they finish the season, if they win the league there will obviously be less changes but if they lose the title there will be a big drive towards creating a new Barcelona, starting with the sale of Eto'o to England.
    I think that Liverpool needs another couple of years to be realistically able of challenging for the title. Nobody knows how much money will be made available but the new owners have stressed that there will be enough to target the players that they want to sign. Despite the fact that the current line-up only needs two or three changes, I still feel they need to be more consistent. For that to happen those two or three changes would have to work straight away. Even if they signed Eto'o and Dani Alves they would still have to be given time to adapt and that would mean that the season after next would be the one where Liverpool would be able to consistently challenge Chelsea and Manchester United, otherwise it would be a missed opportunity.
    I can tell you that no discussions have taken place between Valencia and any English club regarding David Villa as yet. For Villa to move to the Premiership an English club will have to come up with the right amount of money and that figure stands at 70m Euro.

    According to Benitez it's important not simply to go out to win but to go out prepared to win, which means players have to put in the same level of work on a daily basis. Anything else is unacceptable.

          No doubt Rafa already knows who his target his, and whether it will happen or not, all we can do is hope that it is one that puts us on the edge of our seat, finally!

            Perhaps the 70 million is quoted to get other suitors to look elsewhere. Wont be the First time Balaque does a bit of PR for Rafa

                Eto'o is a better option the Villa and cheaper. They are very similar player but Eto'o shades it with his speed.
                Should be a cracking summer transfer wise for the MIGHTY REDMEN.

                    Eto'o & Voronin is my reckoning mate. Unless Rafa springs a surprise and sign another. I think Fowler & Bellamy are gone. So 2 in 2 out. Whaddya think ?

                      Personally I think there might be an extra splash with the extra cash (I think Voronin was a done deal by the time the takeover came through.)

                      I think Bellamy & Fowler are gone with FSP & Le Tallec. It wouldn't surprise me if Alonso goes too. Eto'o and Bent / Anelka / Tevez wouldn't surprise me - even a shock recruitment like a freebie Saviola may be on the cards

                        I'd be extremely suprised if Alonso went.
                        Bent or Tevez maybe, but not Anelka.

                          Tevez is a good choice but I dont think he'll stay in the Prem.
                          Saviola almost a done deal to Real Madrid as reported.

                              70 million for Villa no chance anyone will pay that and no chance Valencia will get that for him more like 25-30 million.

                              If we are thinking about Bent then just forget about winning anything he's not good enough especially if people give out about Bellers and Kuyt
