I'm sure they can, but that's not really the point. We played a pretty tough tie away in Spain on Wednesday night, Sheff U didn't have a game and ao will be better rested and will definately have done much more preparation for this specific game.

We've seen the "European hangover" more than enough over the past few seasons.

I know,it`s been a curse i could never understand.90 minutes of football equals most peoples daily workload.Surely 2 games a week for professional footballers isn`t too much if we now have enough players too give the hard working players a break.We`re now reaching a point where we can actually rest SG FFS. we should no longer suffer the european hanover.Houllier didn`t have the strength in depth rafa has.IMHO.
