load of feckin cobblers that, remember watchin that thinking 'the lads back in london' oh aye, wonder who they support then
Makes it all the better IMO. I was sat roughly level with it (about the view you get on 45secs on that vid). Did I think it was over? I still don't know. I remember just WANTING it to be over, seemed like that was enough!

My son Foster is a fan of soccer. He was a goaltender. His brother was a defenseman. George Gillett
Actually, if you freeze it at the point where Gallas kicks the ball, you can see his LEFT foot is ON the goal line. So unless the width of his body is equal or less than the width of the goal line, his right foot MUST have been clearing the ball from BEHIND the line...
My point about Gallas' left boot on the goal line was quite a good one, i felt
Their "virtual replay" nonsense is exactly that, nonsense. I saw a comparison between the "virtual" and real images and the "virtual" line was a good foot or so advanced over the real one.

Ive never understood why nobody else seems to notice that. When they do the transition you can clearly see the goal line move forward and all the players & ball stay in the same place
I know I'll often stop and think about them, In My Life, I love you more - 96
