Thanjk you.

i'd give them some classic sunday league management talk.
"Get organised early, keep your shape, work hard for each other and encourage. Let the ball do the work and each and every one of you make sure you that when you walk off the pitch, u can look at yourselves in the mirror and know you have given it your all to win this match. and finally, most of all, enjoy it. Now c'mon boys lets ****in have it. Awooga
If you've lost your faith in love and music the end won't be long
Imagine you're Rafa Benitez, It's ten minutes before kick off and you can make FOUR short, sharp points about the game tonight. You've got the entire team sitting in the changing room staring at you. Eleven young men hanging on your words, they're pumped up to bursting point, angry but focused. What you say could just make that 1% difference that takes us to Athens.
I'd go for..
1) "Dont panick if we dont score early" - It's a 90 minute game, 0-0 at half time wouldn't be a disaster - Late goals on a European night at Anfield are a trademark, so dont force the issue -
2) "Expose their weaknesses" - Crouch, attach yourself to the other center back, not Terry. You can win that battle every single time. Stevie, Jermaine, their fullbacks are the weakest element of their side. Joe Cole and Kalou wont track back, so exploit the one-on-ones you will inevitably get left with.
3) "Big performances" This is when it really matters lads - Good players can turn into heroes on nights like these - Poor individual seasons can turn into great seasons with one shot, one tackle, one header. It's the small details tonight. Make it happen.
4) "We can do this" - Remember how far we've come, remember the mountains we've climbed the past three years. 3-0 down in a European Cup final, 3-2 down in injury time in an FA Cup final, Olympiacos as well. Use the crowd, feed off them and remember what we're capable of - Anything can happen.
kinell lad, someone put something in your breakfast this morning?
I knew you'd come good in the end, kind of like smicer, one last hurrah before you get fecked off, when we finish 3rd
