Do you think that Uefa will give a **** about what joe public has spent when there could be an increased threat of violence and it being ruined? I dont. I know that both LFC and the Mancs are bottling it and the Greeks are ****ting it as well. Something like this could very well tip the scales on it being moved if Utd get thru.

        More police costs X

Refunds, legal action, compensation costs Y

if Y > X .... which it will be.... then the game will go ahead as planned!

Safety certificates for Uefa grounds state a police presence is needed so if they cant provide that then the game cant go on anyway. No costs to be paid by Uefa to Greece.

UEFA would have to pay for all the money that every football supporter that would have gone to Athens would have spent.

I wouldn't be suprised if that would be £50m-£100m.

The finals will be played in Athens. UEFA won't pay that kind of money to compensate them.
Just believe and you never know what will happen.

According to Benitez it's important not simply to go out to win but to go out prepared to win, which means players have to put in the same level of work on a daily basis. Anything else is unacceptable.

Uefa have said today that the final will be in Athens, they believe the threat of strike is just that and would not go ahead and that there would be no trouble.
Personally I can see some major trouble.

The Greek police probably want Man U to win today so they can get better paid.
