So should we get the mods to put a sticky at the top of the LFC Forum stating that only people who have actually gone to the game are permitted to comment on a player's performance?

      Great idea.

No, I didn't say that either, you're just putting words into my post (so to speak).
I don't personally feel I can comment on a player having only watched them on the TV because having been to games it is quite clear that you get a distorted view from TV compared to watching the game in it's entirity.

If you can't handle the fact that I don't comment on performances I haven't seen live then that's tough **** I'm afraid.

He's been quite brilliant for us so far. A very astute move to bring him in.
Thanks very much for being ‘This Mornings’ Farmer’

I can handle mate, but I still find it funny.

I'm sure you too can appreciate that TV creates artifacts and you see a different game if you are there live

                  I can indeed.

But I also believe that anyone who has seen Mascherano on television thusfar in his Liverpool career is perfectly capable of forming an opinion on his performances. It's not like he's just played once.

I find it funny, because you were like a pit bull with something in his mouth when it came to dissing the Mascherano signing. You made a superhuman amount of posts regarding him (all negative), including having your sig devoted to him and now you refuse to comment on his performances.

I'm sure you can appreciate that?

You have to admit I'm consistent, I never dissed his performances before he signed either.
I focussed more on the fact that he had a poor attitude and was a hypocritical mercenary, not the type of player I want at LFC.

I hope every game he plays for us is a success, but it doesn't change my opinion of him and never will.
Had Lee Bowyer signed for us and played half a dozen great games, I wouldn't change my opinion of him either.

So you will comment on his attitude, although you have nothing to measure this by - yet you refuse to even comment on his performances for LFC despite having seen him play on TV?

You crack me up! Keep it coming!

I've quotes from the man himself which back up my opinion of his attitude.

The ones where in August 2006 he was delighted and honoured to be joining a great club like West Ham and then less than 6 months later he was slagging off the club and the management.

So before you laugh yourself silly saying I have nothing to measure it by, get your facts straight

More cameo appearances than "back", to be honest.

To be fair to Mascherano, Id only move to West Ham for the money as well.
