Capacity for the final is a mere 63,000 according to UEFA.

We're only getting 17,000 tickets - bloody UEFA strikes again.

Puzzling thing is to me is that it's capacity on a fantastic stadium website I know stands at 74,500 which makes it one of the ten or so biggest possible venues. Why is the capacity now only 63,000?
