A game none of us here will ever forget....it was the first time I had seen Liverpool in a European Cup Final and to be given the chance to see us there again so quickly is unbelievable. I still can't really believe it!

I know!!! I cant ****ing believe that either, everytime i see it i expect it to be smashed in as well, truly a miraculous moment...and i mean that in the literal sense. Unbelievable!!!

What you say has really hit the conundrum home to me. It is so difficult to get to a CL final and yet here we are in another one 2 years after winning it. Who knows when we'll be in another one.

I am seriously considering going out there but it's going to cost me a small fortune that I can't really afford plus it will probably mean going by myself as all my mates that were previously interested in going are reluctant to make the huge outlay necessary.

Oh I didn't go (and won't be going this time either)...I just meant it was the first time we'd been that far and I was alive to see us play there (on TV of course....).

Add in the UEFA Cup Final in and it's 3 European Finals in 7 years .

Balague said in his book, A season on the brink" that Dudek had trained to do that sort of saves. Instead of falling back he still stands up and cover more of the goal.
