Not entirely sure your point but these days ITV generally do their build-up on ITV4 then switch to ITV1 at 7.30. This is what happened for the game on Tuesday but tbh it was a joke, there were at least 3 ad-breaks between 7.30 and kick-off. Not so much build-up as a minute or so of chat between the ads.
As for the final I guess they might start on ITV1 a bit earlier.Comment
