You'd think so, but things like muscle problems somtimes only show up in scans afterwards.

The good thing is that all 4 players, especially Pepe, finished the match. If Rafa or the clubs medical team thought there was any problem they would surely have subbed him off. Especially with an extremely important game coming up.

I guess it's a case of wait and see. I hope that Pepe is okay though.

Why can`t a referee view all contversial incedents at half time and full time and issue a Yellow/Red card at the start of the 1st half. or full time.




Why can`t the FA. intoduce video Reffing??This was a perfect example of a Video Ref calling an incedent to the Ref`s attention.We would have stuffed a 10 man Fulham with our 2nd string team.
