Franck Ribery has revealed he 'dreams' of a move to Manchester United, Arsenal or Chelsea.

The Marseille star has been given permission to leave the club should a suitable offer be made in the summer and there will be plenty of candidates all vying for his signiture.

Ribery may decide to stay at the Stade Velodrome should they qualify for the Champions League, but if they don't it's highly likely he'll choose a club from the Premiership or Spain's Primera Liga.

The France international has become one of Europe's hottest properties over the past 12 months and was frequently linked with a move to England during the January transfer window.

And now his latest comments, which seem to rule out a switch to French giants Lyon, are sure to spark much more speculation as the summer fast approaches.

"It is true last summer Lyon were very interested in me, but now I am only attracted by abroad. If I would leave, it would only be for a foreign club," Ribery told France Football.

"I know I am not very excited by a country like Germany. I prefer English and Spanish leagues.

"The clubs that make me dream? Manchester, Barcelona, Real Madrid, Arsenal, Chelsea and Milan.

"Money won't make me choose because there is money in any of those clubs. I just want to play, I don't want to change my club just to stay on the bench."

Marseille are hot on the heels of second-placed Lens as they chase a Champions League spot and Ribery has not ruled out extending his stay at the Mediterranean outfit.

"The day I leave Marseille, I would like to leave with my head held high, serene," Ribery added.

"My priority is to play Champions League football next season and why not with Marseille? I will do my best for l'OM to reach it.

"Then we will see what happens by the end of the season."
The future you have, tomorrow, won't be the same future you had, yesterday.

maybe there are the clubs that have shown an interest, and we have not.
I think his tune could very easily change if we are genuinely interested.

'Take that poof bandage off, and what do you mean YOUR knee, it's LIVERPOOL'S knee !'

"Sorry, boss, I should have kept my legs together," said Lawrence. "No, Tommy, your mother should have kept her legs together!," replied Shankly.

                  1 Lyon 35 22 9 4 58-25 33 75
                  2 Lens 35 15 11 9 47-35 12 56
                  3 Bordeaux 35 16 8 11 37-30 7 56
                  4 Marseille 35 16 7 12 48-36 12 55

It all depends on whether Marseille makes the CL qual or not

In my opinion it's all waffle to appease the Marseilles fans

IF they make it to the CL and he still opts to leave that would make about as popular as Cissé in Marseilles

I see him in the papers today saying he would love to play for Man Utd Chelski etc........

Sounds to me he just happens to give an interview before the window opens just so he's not forgotten
