i dont think he is a great manager. the more I see of Chelsea the more more I see a team with a good plan A , but a plan B whiich is simply 'move the centre half up front'. The man is fairly inept tactically, and I know he's won lots over the past few years, but once his (good ) plan a is sussed ha cant adapt.
Oh, and he's a cheating overbearing arrogant ****, but that doesnt cloud my judgement!!!!

      IMHO, he's VERY arrogant.

What other sort of person would do what moroniho did after winning the CL, ffs??!!

      The guy's a prick!

I guess we'll just have to agree to disagree
They have never won the CL!
I agree with your character analysis of him though!

Thought he was refering to the way the ****** went up to the chav fans and told them to keep the chin up like the players were who were all crying.

That was so pathetic yesterday the way he went over to the Chav fans. Really think he's an idiot. He wants to be sacked so he can take a massive pay off

It's the way he reacts mate, I can't see why doing that would mean he's an idiot ?

He's clearly a sociopath, or has severe sociopathic tendences.

It's as if he's created a caricature of himself, a fictional personality defect and he now feels he has to live up to his own hype by acting like a prat, generally being controversial and disparaging of others.

Aside from that I think he just loves the attention.

I think that's his quality. He concentrates all the attention on himself and let his team get on with things. For me, he's a very clever man but that doesn't mean he's blameless on some of the things he said. The Ronaldo affair was totally out of order ... He gets too carried away sometimes. He has the quality that makes his players run that yard more and produce results when the chips are down and he nearly did that yesterday against Arsenal.

it's the attention seeking. He really loves playing to the camera.

What about his rubbish about Chavs being the better team at Anfield? New rules from refs where Chavs can't get pens? The way he forced Anders Frisk to retire?

The guy is 100% an idiot

We all think the same and it's the same with Fergie.

Only a fool will believe that Chelski were the better team on that night. That doesn't mean he really believes what he says.

As I said, he diverts attention off his team, and that's a very clever thing to do IMHO.
