Its just more pointless speculation after more pointletss speculation. The only people who know how much money we have to spend are the new board and the management. You can read one paper and it will tell you will have £70 million and another will tell you its £20 million. Its like pinning the tail on the donkey.
I think the targets we are aiming for are fairly well known and have been mentioned on here millions of times. I still think Rafa will throw in a couple of surprise signings during the summer though just to keep us entertained. My guess is Iaquinta coming in as one of the two strikers we buy

we were buying our players as a self sustaining thing, using club profits anyway and moores rarely had to bankroll anything, the only one i remember was when he personally bought kuyt.
So we were getting 20m a season naturally on our own steam, then you got these billionaires coming in, wanting to use their own money to make us special again, I think Torres, Eto'o and Villa are very realistic targets.
