Why can't KUYT play against Haifa

Hes not cup tied, and he is fit to play,so why can't he play.

Because he wasn't registered in time.

Its just for this game, then you submit another squad list for the group stages, then again once you go through to the knockouts.

he will be able to play in the CL proper. Just didnt meet the qualifying deadline

Just for the Haifa game. There is seperate registration for each Round. Next one will be end of August for Group Stages
