Is he a nailed on Liverpool player yet?Originally posted by fah-q View PostOn Talk****e earlier this afternoon, South American football expert raved about Lucas Leiva, stating he was voted the best player in the Brazilian championship. Different from the current crop of Brazilian central midfielders as he is very attack minded. Although he is strong and powerful (ooh err) and very capable of adapting to the English game.
The whole gist of what he said sounded very promising indeed, he also said he is one for the present not the future.

Yes, Everything I read suggests he's in the Kaka Mould.Originally posted by fah-q View PostOn Talk****e earlier this afternoon, South American football expert raved about Lucas Leiva, stating he was voted the best player in the Brazilian championship. Seems like a Brilliant piece of Business. Looks like he'll be competing with Gerrard for a place in CM and not with Alonso/Masherano/Momo"For whom He did foreknow, He also did predestinate to be conformed to the image of His Son"

Suppose you have a physicist and a sociologist standing at the side of a field, observing a set of events unfolding on the field. The physicist does [describes] it using the terminology of mass and velocity and frequency of radiation and the rest. And the sociologist does it by describing it as a rugby match.
May the Lord bless this post.

For goodness sake, don't build the guy up too much as, like most foreigners, he will probably need time to adjust. Just forget all about him for a while and let him be. Probably enjoy him more that way instead of slating him the first time he has a below par game.
Sounds like the new Gonzo to me, until proven wrong
Me, I’m either planning a holiday or I’m on one.

Everything I've read suggests that he isn't anything like Kaka.
