A lad who works for me is a Scuuny fanatic, has just started to sober up after being pissed since they won promotion. His brother is a part time players minder/driver/ general dogsbody at Glandford park.

He sent Chris a text yesterdy saying he is devestated because the move of Billy Sharpe to Liverpool is almost certainly on. The plan is he stays at scunny for another year on loan, to help them get established in their new league and move to Anfield at the end of next season.

No price was mentioned.

To be honest this doesn't sound that dodgy to me. There have long been rumours about us being interested. I'm not saying that it will happen, but it sounds very plausable to me.
