If you use firefox as a browser, got to the firefox extensions page, via tools menu & add-ons and get download helper

Easiest way as a one-off is to use http://keepvid.com

You'll need something like VLC Player to play the file though

If you use firefox and will want to download other youtube vids then get the extension as recommended above, you'll still need VLC to play it though.
