With 30,00+ Liverpool fans in Athens the situation will change.

The 'no ticket within 5k of the stadium' line is fairly hollow I reckon....

A friend on mine has told me the Greeks got 20,000 tickets. Won't be a problem nearer the time methinks............ How many police will it take to put a 5k cordon around the stadium, thousands, won't happen.

10,000 Ticketless scousers in the centre of Athens.

If I were a tout i'd be slightly worried.

I remember being at Wembley years ago and seeing this fellas hot-dog stand stripped bare and that was just for a few cans of coke and some bread rolls!!

Try telling a scouser with 10 of his mates stood behind him that you would like
£500 for the ticket you are selling..

If I were a tout i'd be slightly worried.

I remember being at Wembley years ago and seeing this fellas hot-dog stand stripped bare and that was just for a few cans of coke and some bread rolls!!

Kaip, can you please find out what kind of facilities there are directly around the stadium please? Eg bars and places to eat - as opposed to those in central athens, 25 mins metro ride away...

I wanna know that, if i'm outside the ground fairly early prior to kickoff, will there be much to do and plenty of refreshments, facilities etc...

There;s not much around the stadium from when I was there last year. One little snack shop/cafeand that's about it.

Not sure if they've added any facilities in the lastyear- i doubt it.

Click on this link and it will show a fan walking from OAKA complex's main entrance until entering Athens Olympic Stadium.

You can see a steward just waving people through the first part but checked a bit more thorough upon entering the stadium.

Still not the strictest of security checks though, possible that a fake ticket may get you in the ground!?!

Bear in mind there will be a lot more fans for the final than when that video footage was shot.
