Tried to buy t-shirts re Athens online from the Official site for me and the kids on Saturday only to be told they'd only do it from Monday onwards. Forgot about it till today and went to order over the phone only to be told they had to withdraw that shirt because it had some scores wrong on the back of it (Route to Final). How fecking pathetic. There are only 3 items left to buy none of which are worthwhile and none in kiddies size.

I thought when G & H came in marketing would be a prioirty or at least improved. Yet again they have ****ed up. Great manager, good team, but off the pitch we are no better than Woolworths.

Id give them a bit of time to get their feet under the table but things do need to change. Surely the one time the club could cash in on the fans is just before a CL final. I mean thousands upon thousands of fans are going to want to purchase liverpool merchandise just before a big game like this.

Give G+T time to sort things out.

The problems with the ticket office, marketing etc are probably pretty deep-rooted and will take a year or two to put right.

It's scary how poor they are - but if the team hasn't had investment then you could have the world's best Marketeer and you'd get nothing productive out of them; hopefully it is very high on the list of improvement for G&T.
