    Alcohol Sponsorship in Greece

    Will Carlsberg be on the Champions League final kit?

    A mate of mine reckons it won't and I don't know

    We were sponsored by them in Turkey (a Muslim country) and it was fine.

    And when we played Olympiakos it was fine too.

        I'm sure Hieneken logos will be all over the stadium as well so we should be fine with Carlsberg.

          Yes The Hosting Nation must agree to this advertising (Heineken) before getting the Final

              That's odd, as in France we've always worn plain shirts, yet they had the final last year! Just looked at the highlights I had and it was "ChampionsPlanet" placeholders rather than "Heineken".

                  It seems some what luddite in this day and age and might loose us potential sales opportunities in some countries. It would be good to get a truly global brand to sposor us (as long as it isn't McDonalds or something equally morally reprehensable).
