Apparently it's only available on the newer Sky Plus boxes which have half of their hard drive space reserved for this Anytime TV service. I've only had Sky plus for over a year so not sure how new the box has to be.

The newer sky plus boxes have some of its hard drive space reserved so that Sky can put programmes on it that they think you'd want to watch.

Just investigated for myself and HE'S RIGHT!!!!!!!!!
Press 'TV Guide', and there'll be an option at the bottom for 'Anytime TV' - which is the red button. Press it and there's a load of stuff in there, including the two LFC things Dhavlos mentioned.
There's also Dora The Explorer , The Producers, Dark Side of Hippos and a film called The Longest Yard.
