Minutes Silence = commemorating death

I don't buy this raising the profile argument. Its been on the news non-stop, you'd have to live on the moon not to notice. A minutes silence will add nothing to the deluge of media coverage going on already.

AA didnt disagree with the minutes silence alone, he was knocking the whole idea , i mean how can you just quote "pathetic" and not expect to annoy people.i saw his point about an unequal spread of media attention i just dont think its valid as the child is innocent ,and deserves all the efforts being shown. To me its that simple.

That's not what he said though is it. He is disagreeing with the minutes silence and like many thinks that this situation is getting a disproportionate amount of media coverage when compared to all the other wicked stuff going on in the world.

That is all.

None of us have said they shouldn't take advantage of it, nor has anyone said that they don't hope she is returned safe.

Because they dont know the first thing about the ins and outs of the case. Writing that stuff on the internet doesnt help anyone. I know he is entitled to his opinion but I have a little girl the same age and I find it very uncomfortable to read or imagine anything like this.

Right ok , i have said enough, im not saying im right , if you want to disagree thats fine . imo he didnt need to critisise the efforts being made , you have another opinion - thats fine but dont try and tell me i dont understand his opinion. i watched the thread on the liverpool way the other night and and the way it ended was truly sick , can someone keep an eye on this thread and lock it when it gets silly .
