    Avertising hoardings or fans?

Up to 5,000 seats at the Champions League final will be left empty because of the size of advertising hoardings used at the stadium (Times).
Just believe and you never know what will happen.

According to Benitez it's important not simply to go out to win but to go out prepared to win, which means players have to put in the same level of work on a daily basis. Anything else is unacceptable.

yeah I know, I read that last week.
Actually, I read that it was 12,000 seats, which does sound like a bit too much, ****ing 5,000 is way too much as it is, the number should read as 0.
Just goes to show though what UEFA respect the most, Advertising
Bill shankly to Tommy Smith after he'd turned up for training with a bandaged knee:
'Take that poof bandage off, and what do you mean YOUR knee, it's LIVERPOOL'S knee !'

"Sorry, boss, I should have kept my legs together," said Lawrence. "No, Tommy, your mother should have kept her legs together!," replied Shankly.

There has to be a better way of advertising rather than hoardings - 5000 seats is just pathetic

It's the first 5 rows all the way round the stadium.

This has been going on for a good few years in the Champions league.

It's because this time the hoardings are too big and block your view.

i'm surprised someone hasn't said that this is how the game is now and to not be so soft and that sponsors and advertisers deserve 5,000 seats if they're putting that much money in. come on, who's the first

It's more than 5000 I think as the stadium capacity is 75000 or something
