Actually, I feel proud. I think we played a really good match and we got beat. The boys tried like **** and that's that. We can move forward with our heads held high.

Had a day off today as I knew I'd be hungover.. Depressed by the reports from the game and the uncalled for bitchiness of some of the eejits on here.
I'd been feeling very emotional before the game as it's the first big game that my dad has not been around for and I was hoping that win or lose, it would be emotionally cathartic for me, but it turned out to be a huge let down...
I'm watching the game again now and we weren't as bad as i thought yesterday. Wish we'd started with Crouch as I'm sure we'd have been more dangerous with him rather than Kuyt and would have coverted our dominance into goals. How many other of the top scorers in this season's tournament wouldn't have started?

She doesn't look so good in that one as in the earlier photos. I'm not surprised Kendo went to Paris on his own.

Suppose you have a physicist and a sociologist standing at the side of a field, observing a set of events unfolding on the field. The physicist does [describes] it using the terminology of mass and velocity and frequency of radiation and the rest. And the sociologist does it by describing it as a rugby match.
May the Lord bless this post.

Sydney? Er, yes, I suppose, although DJS looks nothing like I'd imagined him.Originally posted by Red Chilli View PostHe did well for himself in Sydney though

Good to see me getting honoured in the usual fashion. When we finally meet, I'll wear a stripy little number for all the fashion police.

I was only kidding mate

Feel kinda upbeat....
Had more on my mind yesterday than the game....
They made redundancies at my office today....on a team of 9 people only two survived.....one of which was me......
Feel bad for the others for feeling good for myself...does that make sense?"I'm going to sine your pitty on the runny kine!"

Of course it does, have a brother who is charged with informing people that they are losing their jobs. Even ****tier position to be in, especially when the boot is on the other foot.Originally posted by Biff View PostFeel kinda upbeat....

Gotta be honest I don't feel that bad which is surprising, felt a bit **** this morning but got on with it and now I feel pretty fine. Read the papers watched the telly, realised we didn't disgrace ourselves and most of the pundits admited we woz robbed so i feel proud in a way. Anyways i'm looking forward to an exciting close season, and it's only 2 months till we get to see our new signings given their first run outs, I love the pre season matches so just need something to pass the next 8/9 weeks nowThomas Hicks Senior
