    Betting Against Liverpool?

I saw a post here briefly last night about some on here betting against Liverpool to win to soften the blow. So my questions is..

Have you ever bet against your own to win anything?
And would you ever consider it?

No but I had a dream we lost 2-1 a few days before, so I wish I'd put a bet on now...

My **** head of a brother had several bets on the game including 20euros Pirlo to score first at 16 to 1. He got all excited when milan got their free and Pirlo stepped up, he then proceeded to dance around the living room in his 1984 liverpool jersey(which he had only bought a couple of days before a has been wearing it since claiming he can remember the game despite only being 10 months old at the time:whatever
With rage quickly taken over from the depression of seeing us going down a goal against the run of play. I managed to get to my feet with the intention of decking the little bandwagon jumping two faced lying dickhead when I saw the replay showing inzaghi had scored so limited my actions to throwing the **** back on his seat and telling the dumb **** he just lost 20 euros
Should have put the ****er in hospital

I should have bet against us last night, I backed us in January @ 25-1 and should have hedged my bet yesterday.
Bill shankly to Tommy Smith after he'd turned up for training with a bandaged knee:
'Take that poof bandage off, and what do you mean YOUR knee, it's LIVERPOOL'S knee !'

"Sorry, boss, I should have kept my legs together," said Lawrence. "No, Tommy, your mother should have kept her legs together!," replied Shankly.

              * After Tommy Lawrence had let in a fluke goal between his legs

I bet against us when we played with our bench and reserve team players in the league in a couple of the games at the end of the season.

Very good odds and easy money.

I'm not that rich that I can miss out on excellent odds.
Just believe and you never know what will happen.

According to Benitez it's important not simply to go out to win but to go out prepared to win, which means players have to put in the same level of work on a daily basis. Anything else is unacceptable.

I couldn't walk into a bookies and collect on a bet against our lads. It wouldn't feel right

But would it? Just say you pocketed a grand, would you be happier than if we had won it?
Well, here we are in a room with two manky hookers and a racist dwarf. I think I'm heading home.
