Pace, strength, a real football brain, bags of skill, scores goals and has bottle. With PL experience, is young but already star quality and is available right now.
Any premiership club who wants Tevez will have to pay TOP dollar. I'm talking over 20 million quid. The reason is that they will have to buy him off Joorabchian lock stock and barrel.
He could find himself in a different league, one which is not as strict as the Premiership on 3rd party ownership. I think La Liga.

Why ? so he can score 7-10 goals a season. He is not the answer to our goal scoring problem.
He IS a goalscorer in the right team - scored loads for Boca, Corinthians and Argentina. A real match-winner and who will add a lot to our attack and make us much more dangerous.
fingers crossed.
That lad would replace Gerrard as our most influential attacking player if he joined.
Bill shankly to Tommy Smith after he'd turned up for training with a bandaged knee:
'Take that poof bandage off, and what do you mean YOUR knee, it's LIVERPOOL'S knee !'
"Sorry, boss, I should have kept my legs together," said Lawrence. "No, Tommy, your mother should have kept her legs together!," replied Shankly.

Notice in all those clips he has scored all of his goals on the counter attack. Same when he was playing for West Ham. We rarely get the chance to play on the counter. Most times we are playing against 2 lines of 4.
That has been Bellamy's downfall and I think that it would be Tevez' as well. I'd rather have Deco, he's true class and has experience in slicing open that kind of defensive formation.
