the only way crouch leaves is if he asks. he is a rafa player, keeps his mouth shut and works constantly for the team. he also knows his chance will come with so many games. is a very good pro peter crouch

I think Rafa will go after at least one striker despite that quote. Mebbe 4th choice is pushing it a bit, but Rafa prefers kuyt at the mo & has gone with him & Bellers for a lot of the season leaving Crouchie on the bench, so he he's basically been 3rd choice already.

For the record, I really rate crouch & I'd have started with him to be honest, but having seen the way the game went I can see why Rafa didnt although he should have brought him on 15 minutes earlier.
