New 07-08 kits

Was just looking at the the picture of the white one again, if you click on this link http://www.adidas.com/campaigns/live...prmid=18452286 and then click on the view detail bit on the white shirt and then click on the neck mesh panel bit, you can see that going down the shirt in vertical stripes are images of the liverbird. Nothing earth shattering like but i'd missed when looking first time and thought it was interesting.

has anyone else mentioned it's a slow news day.

It is but they only make a certain percentage of kits without sponsors each year, it's usually something small like 5%

And where do they usually sell them? I'd even pay extra for my jerseys sans-logo.

I noticed that as well, mentioned it on the other kit thread but noone paid attention. The black Euro away one will have the same liverbird design on it.

it says 'away shirt 2007/2008' so i assume that means they will be changed again next season.

Cheers Rhys, that's what I thought as well. It's just that I'm buying one for my son (age 6) and he's in between the infant (up to 5/6 years) and junior sizes so considering that this kit will only last one season I'll buy him the infant sizes (£25 cheaper!!).

The other kit, the black one, must last for two seasons then otherwise the home, away and 3rd kit will all be changed before the start of the 08/09 season.

The deal on the kit with suppliers is home Kits last 2 season's and all others are one season wonders.It's been like that for a few years now. It's all about the money.They'd change the home one every year too if they could get away with it

The black one looks like it was designed by a work experience kid but the white one is ok. A bit more red trim round the neck wouldnt have gone amiss - would have looked good as a continuation of the top and bottom adidas stripes. Would prefer white shorts and black socks too.

Still, we'll probably wear it less than 10 times (6 in the league) all season anyway
