well i suppose i'm not in favour of forceful elbows to the face as a general rule... and i wouldn't be convinced that players willing to do what mcmahon did are necessarily synonymous with great players... and your own reference to homosexual sex is a PC reinterpretation of the more effective - but potentially homophobic - "**** off". i therefore ironically unmask you as the very "pinko leftie" that you hinted i myself may be!!! sir!!!

Agreed. Don't you think that we need to initimidate the opposition like we did in those days? Keane was very good at doing the same. Seems like it would be just one more way to make sure we win (and to me winning is more important that anything else)!

.i think if there's one thing we do under rafa it's play a seriously physical game. strangely fair though - not many reds... i don't see who is out there that would be hard in a way that would add something to a good strong side already.
