SSN - you to us

Had SSN on this morning and the sheer amount of bollocks i've heard from people who send in emails is astounding. Obviously they are just trying to cause a stir and add to the **** already being said about us, but should this kind of stuff really be allowed on TV without some proper screening. Every so often they read a few emails out from LFC fans usually saying we accept some responsibility but UEFA are out of order, and then you get Newcastle and manc fans writing in calling us animals etc, wtf exactly do they even have to do with the situation, just smacks of typical sky tactics.

Just wondered if anyone has been watching this morning and had an oppinion

I saw 10 minutes this morning before I left the house, and I left the house snarling as usual.

SSN were pushing the "LFC fans worst in Europe" 'story', still, and they had that moronic journo in the studio with them...Paul McCarthy, is it? He was saying it's a "badge of honour amongst Liverpool supporters to bunk into football grounds..."

I'm not normally one to buy into "ooh the world is against us" type stuff but this is a ****ing UEFA smear campaign, and it seems Sky Sports are more than happy to run with it.

I said the same to myself this morning - that's it for SSN, I will watch it no more. I used to love that channel when it first launched (wasn't it called Sky Sports.com at the time?) but now it is truly unbearable. Tabloid TV.

to be honest i don't watch most of the time but when the season ends i flick on for a few months just to keep up with whos going where etc rather than reading it on the net. It's just a case of distinguishing between the opinionated bull**** that comes from the channel and the actual factual info. For example that tit mcarthy is on now so so i put my fingers in my ears and start making ''lalalalalalaalal'' noises

I have just turned on SSN now usually the first statiton in tune in to. They are encouraging the comments form rival supporters to try get an arguement going it seems, the usual crap from Sky Sports.
I have said it before, they will do anything to turn something into a soap opera and get the most they can out of a situation for airtime, regardless of who it pisses off. I hate the way sky has gone.
Was the same when one of the managers say anything, the blow it out of all proportion into this big drama.

Really beginning to wind me up now, i'm not sure what the percentage of for and against is, but they just keep reading out emails calling us a disgrace, we're a disgrace to football, should be held accountable etc they aren't all coming from manc or chelsea supporters tho, seems it right accross the board. Emails coming in saying that the authorities shouldn't be affraid of accusing liverpool fans just because of hilsborough etc.

Of course it could be skewed by the emails that sky chose to write, or fans prettending to be supporters of other clubs when they write in, but I really had no idea that a lot of football supporters felt this way

to be honest it's an education, i'm interested to see how far they can push it, me turning over wont make a jot of difference to their viewing figures ssn is a free channel anyway

I only ever watch it at 1 in the morning when there is **** all else on and I need 30 mins of tv to accompany the last spliff of the day
