Yeah they are mate but work was meant to start in March/April and them two put it on hold to go over the plans + If they're adding new bits to the existing stuff i'd imagine it takes more time to build.

This must be a smokescreen for when we phone AC Milan and ask them for Kaka and Nesta. If Milan think that these 2 are aready signed to deals then they probably wont ask for as much cash as they normally would for the two players mentioned.....
