Rafa is certainly a Tinkerman, he rarely puts the same XI out 2 games in a row.=, in his first season he didn't have the same eleven in 2 cosecutive league games all season.
I think so far this season he made th point about players being at different stages in their fitness and therefore needing to be rested at different times, which is a very good point. I think the side will settle down soon when everyone gets up to speed and the will probably just see a bit of tinkering each game.
