Our players are falling like flies, what's going on.
Two players off in each of the last two games is worrying. We were lucky with injuries last season (although the season before was one of the very worst in living memory) and I fear we're gonna be cursed with injuries this season.
Thanks very much for being ‘This Mornings’ Farmer’

I hope not SHAGS we have a good shot at the PREM this season so many injuries will not help one bit.
"In fact I’m going to make a promise which will be welcomed by many. If there’s no finance secured by the opening day of the season, I’m going to hang up my keyboard and close KOPTALK down." - Duncan Oldham, Expert Conman. March 29th 2006
i hadn't thought of that. as long as bolo isn't part of that settled midfield!
I don't see that as being the case, as Rafa always likes to change to suit the opposition, so the midfield will constantly change whoever's available for selection. He doesn't change the midfield around to give everyone a game and keep them happy

As I said yesterday Shaggy:
Yep, Palletta is out with a knee injury (this season is starting as ominously as 2004/05).
I think we need to get a young central midfielder as cover (maybe even on loan) before the window closes in 8 days. I'm not entirely happy with Zenden as our cover for the 'big three'.

Last season catching up with us I think, it was a very long season for our team and players are struggling to find fitness after the summer break. It's always the worst time for injuries at the beginning or end of a season.
The good news is no-one has doen anything REALLY serious yet.
"Momo had a scan today which showed a tear of the medial ligament in his left knee," said Liverpool spokesman Ian Cotton.
"We do not expect him to be able to play or train for the next two weeks."
Sissoko is likely to be back for the Merseyside derby on September 9.
