Craig Lindfield is currently in Malta for a short visit during which he will meet fans at the Supporters Clubs in Malta and Gozo.

The young Liverpool striker visited the LSC Malta club in Mosta yesterday where he unveiled a commemorative plaque.

He was shown around the club premises by members of the committee.

The evening proceeded with a Pasta Night organised at Ta' Soldi Bar & Restaurant in Mgarr, where the fans present had the opportunity to take photos with Craig.

The striker is attending another event tonight organised by the LSC (Gozo).

"I have decided to escape, to defy the shogun. Today I will begin walking the road to hell. But you will choose your own path. So, soon you may be seeing heaven. Choose the sword, and you will join me. Choose the ball and you join your mother, in death. You don’t understand my words, but you must choose. So… come boy, choose life or death."

Bill shankly to Tommy Smith after he'd turned up for training with a bandaged knee:
'Take that poof bandage off, and what do you mean YOUR knee, it's LIVERPOOL'S knee !'

"Sorry, boss, I should have kept my legs together," said Lawrence. "No, Tommy, your mother should have kept her legs together!," replied Shankly.

needs a good ****in pan o scouse that kid before he gets anywhere near the first team. Even the step up to reserve football last season knocked the ****e out of him, only got abar 3 goals or summat. I like the lad but think he seriously has to bulk up. If he does, he could make summat of himself i reckon

From the little I have seen of him he looks to have a very promising future in the game. He is the sort of player I want loaned out to see how they do at a higher level.

Maybe he could do with another half season in the rezzies, but he showed in his solitary first team appearance last summer that he is up for the challenge. Just hope that he gets a chance to show his worth, as the amount of players coming into our reserve and youth teams are going to make it ever harder to breakthrough, which I guess is good for LFC if this means the standard increases.

I would have thought Dunk would have turned up seeing that it's round the corner from his new property

                      Meat on his bones.
                      Regular football out on loan.
Keeps progressing the way he has been.
I think we may well have a good player there in a coupla years or so.

He had a good game against Crewe last July and he also looked promising in both legs of the Youthie final. He should definitely make it as a pro; whether that's with us is another question.

On loan I hope, it would be a good move for him for a season or so.
