the americans are running the club like a business. they want to get everything in place, like the new stadium, so that if they shell out money then they will be assured to get some money back.

also people were worried that we would pay over the odds for player like the chavs did. now we are giving out the message that we have no money so hopefully we wont get messed about like we did before.
