    Ok then,

    Good;

    Alonso,
    Garcia
    Sissoko,
    kuyt
    Mascher
    Crouch
    Pennant
    Agger
    Fowler
    Reina
    Carson

    Bad;
    Kromkamp,
    Nunez (forced upon Rafa)
Bellamy(althugh he's not been that bad, but put him in here for arguments sake)
Morientes (came with a big reputation)
The right back we swapped for Kromkamp, his name escapes me)
    Justice for the 96

Where's the contradiction? He only ever claimed to be showing you the part of the picture that you missed out on, not the whole thing. And he didn't select four as evidence of all, he said those four particularly.

Kuyt debatable, but Carson, Pennant and Fowler have not been good signings. No. Way.

Arbeloa, Aurelio, Zenden, Gonzalez, Barragan, Pellegrino, Josemi.

Delusion. I am talking about winning the league. How have the majority of Rafa's signings taken us anywhere closer to doing so? There has been no marked improvement, thus they haven't been good signings.

Arbeloa is a quality right back, look how he played in the Nou Camp! Kuyt works his arse off, with a decent strike partner Kuyt could be a 20 goals a season striker

But you need to give the team time to gel, unless you get lucky like Chelsea and can spend 100 odd million in one close season then there's no way you're goign to do it, these things take time, you've only got to look at Shanks for that!

Well i would say that Arbeloa looks a good signing, Aurelio improves the team when fit.

Pellegino was a free and improved our defence as a unit - basically he was signed as a coach who might fill in. Was played too much but in the end he helped us defend better.

If you are going to count Barragan you have to count all the young players and we made a profit on him anyway. To count all the young signings would be daft as they clearly aren't designed to improve the first team.

Gonzalez average - again a profit.

Zenden helped us beat Chelsea - I thought he was good at helping us control games.

Josemi - bad buy for sure. Cheap though and we got our money back.

I think I may have skewed my evidence you are right but the point is still valid - The team is much better than it was.

Basically we can go round this all day. You don't rate Rafa and I think you are very very wrong.

He isn't a good manger in england im afraid, bring back Evans.
I take it your on a wind up then? How many times did we win the league under Evans then? How many European cups did we win under Evans. How does Evans first 100 league results compare to Rafa's then? If you want an English manager could you please list all the great English managers that have won major trophies over the past 10 years. When you come back with a sensible deabate based on facts rather than a news story which clearly states that Liverpool have made [B]NO[B] enquiry into Forlan then perhaps there will be something to debate.

Forlan's agent Daniel Bolotnicoff says he has not had any offers from Liverpool and that Forlan's future depends on Villarreal.

"There has not been any offer from Liverpool and it's very difficult to talk about what might happen when there isn't an offer there, but things can change every day," Bolotnicoff told The Times.

This is what Forlans agent has to say on our supposed 16mil bid for him. No expert in these thing but he does state no offer has been made.

People need to relax. 16 million is his buyout fee which was mentioned in the articles linking him to us and people are assuming Rafa wants to spend 16 million on him and that is IF he is actually interested in him.

I was saying i was pissed off if we went for him, im sure we would get Torres or Huntalaar for that price

Agreed. We can easily get Huntelaar for that price although Torres would be more expensive as other clubs would get interested.
