living in northern ireland i really am at odds to understand why scottish football is such a big deal, it is ****e....... oh wait ffs

personally i reckon bellamy was just doing his best to fit in, he played for celtic was in the hatfield bar, only celtic supporters would go there due to the area it is in. so to get on like he is some big cock for singing along is absurd and laughable

I amazed at the hypocrisy of some in here, calling him and Lennon pricks, when it is obvious they have made that connection because they are both Celtic players - which makes them look like the bigot. I'm no Celtic fan, but there was nothing sectarian or racist in it, and must of the singing was by those around him.

Most people here thought Rafa was a legend when he turned up in the pub (was it Spain?), and I'm sure their were plenty of songs sung, and he just smiled and went with it. And I'm sure that most in here have a healthy dislike of the Mancs and wouldn't be opposed to singing a few songs with and ex-red in a pub.

                  What's the difference?

My crime was to use 'chavness' in the title - on the whim of that's the word that pops into my head whenever i see him - whether it be on the pitch, in the street or in a pub. One ****ing word misappropriately placed, and you've latched onto that in an attempt to win some brownie points - well ****ing done... I've since went onto rightly dismiss the article.

My dislike of Bellamy is **** all to do with who he once played for, that insinuation is totally unfounded. Don't tar me with having the polar opposite slant to which you have a record of viewing things.

                      You're a grade A ****. :whatever:

                      Edit - ignores user AGAIN.

I know you weren't responding to my comments, Bob, but I just wanted to clarify that I wasn't refering to you when I used the word bigot. I was actually responding to El Diego's comments, and was suggesting that he was misrepresenting himself by speaking about Bellamy and Lennon the way he did. I don't know him personally, so wouldn't call him, or anyone here, a bigot..

Bob a lot of people on here are Celtic supporters so won't have anything bad to say against them, and call you a Rangers supporter if you say anything bad about them. I would be the same if I hate to put up with Rangers fans on this site having little pops at Celtic when there's no need to. FOR THE LAST TIME I HATE BOTH THE OLD FIRM CLUBS, I HATE THE HISTORY OF NASTINESS BETWEEN THEM I WOULD SAY I HATE THERE MANAGERS BUT THEY ARE REALLY GOOD MANAGERS IMHO.
I think it's a foul, and if the ref gives it. He got to give a penalty. I know it's outside the box, but you see them given that close to the area. So if the ref gives it he's got to give the penalty as it so close to the area. But I think it's a penalty. Robbie Savage 8/11/06

Are you watching Manchester United? Are you watching Chelsea? This is Liverpool F.C taking over the bloody world!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Hate is such a strong word. My view on the old firm is the same view of the England international team.
