Rafa has certainly signed alot of youngsters since he arrived, hopefully they turn out to be good players.

So the only English player we have signed this summer is a 14 year old GK ?

Is the cupboard that bare in England ?

I think a big part of it is that English youth players are over priced and if not at a good team often don't come with the required level of basic skills that make them worth paying for ahead of our own academy products.

We fielded many a team in the late 80's when we well and truly in our pomp that had no Englishmen in it. I wasn't complaining then, and I'm not complaining now
