    Truce time...

Would it be possible to have a full season without having to have a duty fall guy. Every year a player is selected, then slaughtered no matter what he does.

Previous winners have been Barry Kewell , Bambi Traore, Cisse and big Emile.

Who will be this seasons lucky winner?
Those that hid Anne Frank were breaking the law.
Those that killed her, were following the law.

Torres if he doesn't get 15+ goals, starts missing sitters.
    Quote of the year :

"With monkey me, dogface dishwasher bitch and chimp the ****ing champ you. We are turning into a raving party here arent we"

Jermaine Pennant. He got off to a bad start by having a reputation when he joined us and then started off not playing very well. Couple that with the fact that he's pretty much the only player in our first team who reacts over petulantly when things don't go his way and that he keeps saying stupid things to the press and you've pretty much got a tailor made scapegoat right there.

Heskey wasn't ****, he just didn't have the right mentality. When we won the treble, Heskey was one of our best players.

Hmmm, valid point mate, he does need to curb the stroppiness and shut the **** up to the press.

He really does come across as being quite a stupid fella though, so he should just keep his mouth shut

To be honest I don't think he has ever said anything too bad. People just jumped on everything he said with a ludicrous interpretation which he didn't give his words. At the start of last season it didn't matter what he said people slaughtered him for it and said his attitude was crap.

He obviously worked bloody hard to improve last season and I always thought his quotes came across as someone who was made up to be at Liverpool and who wanted to do well. He may not be over articulate but I genuinely haven't seen a single quote which made me think badly of him.

"Sky and Setanta have the right to choose their games and it will be the same for everyone. So Mr Ferguson will not be complaining about fixtures and a campaign against United.

"Or there is another option. That Mr Ferguson organises the fixtures in his office and sends it to us and everyone will know and cannot complain. That is simple."

I've never seen Torres play much, but I've heard he's 8 foot tall and scores 100 goals a season.

If he doesn't live up to this, I shall be be gravely disappointed.

In fairness I think Pennant deserves to be on the list for last season - before he scored against Chelsea he was getting it for everything .... (damn right to he was gash )
