Bellamy to the Hammers for 9 million, Cisse to Marseille for at least 4 million & Luis to Atletico for at least 4.5 million, therefore Torres only actually cost us 1.5 million! So we haven't really splashed any cash yet have we??

... and the fact even if we sold/sell players for those values we will have to pay loyalty payments/wage demands/agents fees etc. out of them so we will see much less money that we can pay out on transfers.Originally posted by Sion View PostCisse - £7.5-8.5m
Bellamy - £9m
Garcia - £4.5m
We're £1m richer!

True,if a player doesn't ask to leave, they are intitled to a payment.Originally posted by dww View Post... and the fact even if we sold/sell players for those values we will have to pay loyalty payments/wage demands/agents fees etc. out of them so we will see much less money that we can pay out on transfers.-----------------------------------------------

well at least we're looking a lot more better in our transfer dealings this year. We were never gonna get 14mill plus for Djibs, but 6/7 mill in the end wasnt too bad. Getting 7-9 mill for bellers is a great deal
4mill for Luis, well, I suppose given age/contract.injuries, is ok.

yep seems for once we are getting value from purchases torres, lucas and voronin and getting decent money for sales, about time as well !!! although i do worry about rafa's values on players and may miss out on a few top targets due to rafa's transfer policiesOriginally posted by Parm View Postwell at least we're looking a lot more better in our transfer dealings this year.
