i know you never wanna cut your nose off to spite yourself but sit the **** in the reserves and **** both of them, unless the 6 mill is part of the bigger plan or even worst a return of money for the torres outlay. we will soon find out if rafa is not given anymore money."People from Liverpool have got something about them and, if they’re not happy about something, they let people know.”

Thats not too bad then. We only lost £4.2M overall on our net purchase.Originally posted by Zambian_Red View PostIts 16m for both of them
To be honest, Bellamy was worth a £6M punt every day of the week. Not a lot we can do if he didn't make the most of his once in a lifetime opportunity!# Fernando Torres, Liverpool's number 9 #

I'm not so sure, he seems to respect Benitez and still supports the club. Even though he knew he was on his way, when interviewed and asked was there a rift between him and Rafa, he denied it stating that Rafa is a great manager and that he learned more in one year with Rafa than he has his whole career and for that he will always be grateful.Originally posted by REDSCOUSER View Postyer generous mate, Bellamy will do that as soon as his PC is announced. If we are all only happy when we are really winning in the end, when your race finishes, what life would that be?

Following on from nbryan1764's post above.
Following comments attributed to Liverpool manager Rafael Benitez today, West Ham United would like to make it clear that Craig Bellamy has not yet completed a move to Upton Park.
After a fee of £7.5million was agreed between the two clubs, we can confirm that the Welsh international captain has successfully passed a medical and agreed personal terms.
However, the deal has been delayed due to a private contractual issue between Craig Bellamy and Liverpool, which must be resolved before any transfer can be completed.
The player is due to meet with Liverpool on Monday morning, and we expect to complete the transfer soon after.
As always, confirmation of any new signing will appear here on whufc.com as soon as it is formally completed.Betfair refer and earn code: CCUPPKJHF

Is this to do with a payment to Bellamy from LFC as he didn't ask for a transfer??Originally posted by livvy145 View PostHowever, the deal has been delayed due to a private contractual issue between Craig Bellamy and Liverpool, which must be resolved before any transfer can be completed.
