I would like to see them a bit more next season, even loan them out but I can´t believe we´ll sell them on this season. El-Zhar apparently has his moments in the reserves and I get the feeling Lindfield will be somewhat of a latebloomer.

Makes you wonder if he just left Rafa the cheque book and told him to get on with it. Maybe he only finds out who the club are signing at the same time as we do.

I'll walk to Vienna if either of those two players makes 50 apps for LFC.

With competition so fierce, if El Zhar or Lindfield wants a proper career they will have to leave sooner rather than later.

After years of Sir John Smith and then David Moores public silence i'm glad we're now getting regular communication to the fans - I don't equate it one iota with the regular embarassing musings of the likes of Freddie Shepherd, Dave Whelan etc. Hicks in particular has a quiet dignity about him - It's Gillett I do worry about sometimes though.

To be honest i just think they are like kids in a sweet shop at the minute. Its all new to them. I'm sure by Crimbo the energy will have been sapped out of them after we have been whacked by Bolton and Birmingham

I agree - what would some of our fans say if Gillett/Hicks behaved in the ice cold stony silence weird way of the Glazers. As long as they don't start behaving like Freddie Shepherd and co. then these regular little updates on ssn etc is ok by me.

while i see where you are coming from, give them a chance!! rafa has only been here a couple of seasons and only since heighway has gone is he restructuring it to how he wants!

i mean el zhar has been here 6months? i like the idea of them on loan gives them experience and granted if 10% made it through think we would be happy!
