It's also revealed that Foxtel may finally be giving us what we really want - CHOICE.
See below:
"According to knowfirst, you will be able to choose from four EPL games when they are on at the same time - at times there can be up to ten played simultaneously, so they still won't be showing every game, but it's looking very good. "

OFFICIAL
This Saturday the early game at 9:45pm EST on Fox Sports 2 is Sunderland v Spurs.
At midnight the game chosen is West Ham v Man City however if you don't want to watch that game, press the red button on your Foxtel remote and you will be launced into Viewers Choice. On your screen will appear four other matches, in this case Bolton v Newcastle, Derby v Portsmouth, Everton v Wigan and Middlesbrough v Blackburn. Navigate around the screen using your remote and chose which game you want to watch.
Last year Fox showed up to 6 matches live per week, this year it will be 9 or 10. The only game not on this weeknd is Arsenal v Fulham because of the time it's on. Sunday midday UK time.
It's illegal to show all 38 matches of a club's season but you'll probably see 35 or 36 LFC matches this coming campaign. There's 380 matches played in a season and you'll now get between 350-360 of them live on Fox Sports.
If you're getting your Fox Sports through Austar (people who live in the bush) then this feature won't be available until next month. "
If this is true, and announced on Thursday, then we could be seeing LOADS of live Liverpool EPL games this season!
ANy more news on this then? Would be bloody brilliant!
Don't bother with an IQ just get a dvd recorder with a hdd that's all you will ever need does everything the IQ does but record 2 channels at once, is cheaper and you have more control over what you are doing.
seriously though IQ has been the best thing since gnocchi

The more they realise we outnumber Chavski, the more chance of getting LFCTV on there!
Sorry mate. I can't spell to save my life. Here is their reply to my email;
Hi Steve,
EPL rules state that only 2 club channels per country can be broadcast per channel in any territory and we already show MUTV and Chelsea TV. Hundreds of Liverpool fans have already requested we drop Chelsea but obviously there are agreements and negotiations that need to be examined in order to allow us to do so. We are definitely considering Liverpool TV once we know what content they will be showing, and what our agreements are with MUTV and Chelsea TV in terms of airing the channels.
But we totally agree with your sentiments completely regarding Liverpool TV and we are definitely keen to snap that up.
We’ll keep you posted on the final outcome.

Hi
I've heard that Liverpool Football Club have started their own TV channel and would like to petition you to drop one of your existing football channels and introduce the LFC channel ASAP.
No team in Britain can claim a better history steeped in tradition than the Mighty Reds of Liverpool and their are 1000's of Red fans in Aus who deserve to see their mighty side 24/7.
I look forward to hearing from you soon.
Thanks in anticipation
