Do you want me to start giving examples of players who have turned down bigger clubs at the latter end of their careers to get first team football?

So why is he spineless to have decided to join a team like Real Madrid, the current Spanish champions and probably the biggest and richest club in the world. I don't quite understand.

          I say fairplay to him

I'm talking ****e because i've said that he is spineless for wanting to receive a nice pay packet and not playing football? I thought the guy had some bollocks, that's all.

                    Good Luck jerzy mate.
Not really a hard desicion at the end of the day lads. Stuck on the bench if he's lucky at Liverpool, stuck on the bench at Madrid at the twighlight of his career and probably on better wages.

Anyways, Thanx for the memories Jerzy. Hope you are a success and Good Luck.

And a better climate. And - more importantly - those nice, soft, leather Recaros...

Yes i know he was. So surely this represents his final chance at a relatively decent level. Should he...
                        • Give it one last go at somewhere like Recreativo and impress further on football
                        • Retire because he has nothing left to offer and already has millions in the bank
                        • Sit on his arse for another 3 years playing little/no football

This move does not make any sense. Why leave LFC then go to Madrid and still be on the bench. If its for the money good on Jerzey, otherwise pointless move. Thanks for memories JD.

There are certainly far worse jobs in the world than picking up around 50,000 euros a week for being a reserve keeper at Real Madrid...

Looks like he picked a good wage/Real over regular football. So what. Good luck to him.

So basically he was complaining that he needed to play for LFC but then he goes to RM, sit on the bench and collect high wages. People call Chelski players mercenaries. How different is Dudek then ?
