Just keep calling until you get an agent that will give you what you want. I do that all the time, the # of times I've got free phones, laptop upgrades etc using that approach is unbelievable!

Did it on the net for the tenner without connection charge for one box, i'll ring up tomorrow and tell them i want the other box on for nowt or i'll cancel, at least should have it in time for the match now

They'll tell you they cant do it but just tell them that everyone you know that has multiroom has got this in the past few days also tell them, you are only getting it because of LFC, and across all the LFC fan sites people are getting multi room for £10. They'll then say they cant do it at which point you say youre not paying more than others so can you find out, in a tone that suggests they are going to loose business, they'll put you on hold with the worst possible music then come back and sort it out for you.

Ordered it yesterday to find the same - only accessable on 1 x TV set. When I told her this wasn't what was advertised, I was told nothing she could do and the only way you could have it was to pay the extra charge per month. Told her to cancel and was transferred to her supervisor where I told her I would not be paying and extra 50% for something I was led to believe was what I ordered already - noted my complaint and gave me an e-mail address to voice my concerns and cancelled the subscription there and then

Sent a stinker of an e-mail to them saying it was misrepresentation on the website where they are advertising you can offer in conjunction with your sky subscription, that my sky subscription covered sky+ / multiroom and the website did not make it clear nor give you the option to add another viewing card number. Also said as I was a member of a number of football related websites, that I would be making everybody aware of ALL the facts so they wouldn't be "conned" into paying extra for something they shouldn't
